During high-demand drops, preorders, or special releases, processing times may be longer. We will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Futbolway is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our limited drops and inventory, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please double-check your size, shipping details, and items before completing your purchase.
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Shipping delays outside of our control
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, preorders, or limited drops
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
